I am so very thankful for the employees at BK Collision!! I started with Journey who was so very kind and do very willing to address my concerns and addressed each and every question I had! Once my car was in for repairs Tabetha ( Tabitha) went completely out of her way to make sure every on of my needs were covered!! She is just the sweetest person! The only negative thing is not BK but their vendors!! I must admit every time I called I was frustrated and disappointed that the parts ordered either came in as the wrong part or the part was broken!! Yet, there were Tabitha and Journey reassuring me that they were on top of it! Yes they sure were!! Words cannot express how grateful I am for BK Collision and the girls up front!! Please if you need your vehicle damage repaired I highly recommend them!! Oh and I have to say the bid I received from BK was so much more affordable than the others I had!! Thank you BK Collision from the bottom of my heart!!! Supreme service!!
