We loved our experience with Vision Collision. I was so impressed that they cleaned the inside of our car along with doing the repairs. That was such a pleasant surprise! The car looks good as new and we are very pleased with Vision Collision. Also, a side note, I believe it was Todd who gave my children both a hot wheels car. It made their entire day and I really appreciated that he did that for my boys. Thank you Vision Collision! We know who to go to if we need any repairs in the future.

I was first told you should take a couple of weeks, because Tesla requires a higher standard. They needed to get all the parts in first so I was not without a car for very long. However, two weeks drug out to five. The explanation seem to be unsatisfactory.

I can’t say enough good things about Vision Collision! They did an amazing job fixing my Tesla. Not only did they get everything fixed right, but they got it done quickly too! The quality of their work and customer service were top-notch. It’s hard to find a shop that does great work and gets it done in a hurry, but these guys knocked it out of the park. Hands down the best! I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend Vision Collision!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m incredibly thankful for Vision Collision and the experience I had with them! I have a Tesla, and unfortunately, someone backed into my vehicle while I was parked at work, leaving it dented. To say I was upset would be an understatement. While I understand accidents happen, the last thing I wanted was the added stress of figuring out where to get my Tesla repaired. I was dreading the possibility of having to travel all the way to Boise or Utah for repairs, especially with how far away they are and how difficult it would be to fit that into my schedule. Thankfully, I came across Vision Collision through recommendations on Facebook, and I’m so glad I did! From the beginning, Todd was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He answered all my questions, helped coordinate getting the bumper ordered, and made sure I was kept updated throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, from my appointment to my vehicle was repaired, etc. I truly appreciated the communication and the care they put into making the entire process as easy as possible. I’m beyond grateful that we have a Tesla-certified collision repair shop right here in Idaho Falls! If you own a Tesla and need collision repairs, I highly recommend checking out Vision Collision before assuming you have to travel to Boise or Utah. Having a certified shop locally saved me so much time, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. A huge thank-you to Todd and the entire team for taking care of my car and making a stressful situation so much easier. I’m so glad they’re here in our community!
