Done in an extremely timely fashion customer service was top-tier and what I really enjoyed was a lady at the front desk that was helping me throughout the whole process and the walk-through at the end I created a full service experience. I would love to come back anytime, but obviously that’s only in bad situations. Don’t wanna answer my car in the future, but I recommend anybody that has a brain on their neck to be able to go to black tie collisions and get their problem solved.

Went in for a custom paint job on a tour pack for my Harley Road Glide with a crucial deadline. Spoke with the manager Derrick and Wow! Just an all around guy that’s definitely in tune with the customers needs. Not only did Black Tie exceed my expectations, but added bonus a quick turnaround. Instead of the projected week established I received my tour pack within a two day turnaround. The paint matched perfectly! I’m so grateful and appreciative of their service and support, and reasonably priced. Definitely quality work from Diego for the paint master! Thanks again… I’m sure I’ll be back for more work!

Great service from start to end! Manager Derrick listened to my needs and produced and amazing outcome. Brought to Black Tie my tour pack to be painted to match the color of my motorcycle. Not only was the color match perfect but the quick two day turnaround superseded the original quote of 5-6 days! Wish I could rate more than 10 stars this place is definitely a must need for any mechanical/ bodywork/ painting….etc
