I appreciated the two team members who stayed a few minutes after closing so I could pick my vehicle. Everyone i spoke with was professional and thorough. Lastly I enjoyed the text updates which kept me informed as the car underwent the repair process

I was beyond impressed with the service I received at Black Tie Collision. Although my vehicle was expected to be there for about a week, they had it repaired in just under two days. They went above and beyond, even performing a calibration that was not authorized by my insurance—free of charge. On top of that, when I got my vehicle back, I was delighted to find that they had detailed it as well. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Black Tie Collision. From the time I brought my car in for evaluation, they gave me a ballpark time it will take to get repairs done and told me exactly what they needed to do on that same day.After I left the car, they texted me and gave me updates on what they are working on so I can keep tabs on the work progress. They work fast and got done with the car ahead of their predicted date of completion and when I got my car back, it was cleaned inside and out so it looked brand new. I have never been more satisfied with a place of business until Black Tie. The staff are friendly and courteous. They definitely earned my business and I encourage you to give them a try! I give them 5 stars( 5/5 )!
