Repairs look flawless, body work looks like new, and everything makes it look like the wreck never happened. I will say I had to clean up some tar like residue off the seats and a lot of polish from under the door handles. Not a huge deal considering the quality of the body work and repairs.

Repairs were outstanding and looks like new. I’d absolutely go back for any body damage or collision repairs, the cleanliness wasn’t up to my standards, with some black tar like residue on the leather seats that took a good bit to get off. Otherwise it was good.

The team at Black tie is very helpful. They were amazing after my accident so when I had a cosmetic issue with my wheel rims they were the first folks I called. They ordered the parts and they were installer in a few days after I first called at a very reasonable price

It was a great experience. The repair was done quickly and my truck looks so nice, very clean. The sunroof seems to be working perfectly now. Communication throughout the process was also excellent, with the text updates.
