Black Tie did a great job of keeping me informed about the repair work on my car. I would speak to Diego and he was always very informative about the work being done on my car. I would call often to find out how the work on my car was progressing and he always explained the details to my satisfaction. So far my vehicle is driving well.

They missed a large dent in the rocker panel after I told them to look for any other damage. They clear coated over some previous paint overspray after I pointed out to them not to do that. They did not sand the hood before they painted it. They scratched the chrome off of the Acura logo. They broke the clips holding down the trim on the window. They scuffed the front bumper then did not buff it out at my request.

I had excellent service with Black Tie Collision. They text me every day to let me know where my car was at process. They detailed my car. It was beautiful. The work was excellent. I would highly highly recommend anybody gone back here. It was great service. Great attitude loved it.
