We are very happy with our total experience. Black Tie worked seamlessly with our Insurance Amica and reasonably performed other body work that we have wanted to do for several years. We picked up a nearly new looking vehicle sooner than we had hoped and found that it had also been detailed Giovanna in the office kindly helped us understand the process and handled our car rental. Super job.
