I had a wonderful experience with Black Tie from beginning to end. The communication was exceptional with me being notified of every step the car was going through and completing, and also of any setbacks. The work was done in a very timely and efficient manner. The front office was very friendly and helpful. When I received the car, I was completely satisfied. It looks amazing and was cleaned inside and outside.

My car was repaired ahead of schedule and looks brand new, thanks to a thorough cleaning and detailing. The interior even smells fresh!
