Great customer service. Repair looks great. My only criticism is my car wouldn’t start when I arrived to pick up. A technician looked at it and said the battery might be bad and I’ll have to replace it if so. I tried starting my car the next morning and it wouldn’t start. Really would have preferred to get it replaced at shop instead of being stuck at my home without a car.

Car looks great from where the collision was at. Done in a timely manner. Updates were efficient and frequent. Loved the way y'all work with enterprise with the rental drop off. Couldn't have asked for more.

Had another blemish on the car I wanted to get fixed and was going to file a second claim with my insurance to have it done while car was already in the shop. The technician told me he could fix it for less than my $500 deductible so I could pay cash he would give me call with estimate. Didn't receive estimate until I was there picking up vehicle which was more than deductible anyway so will still need to file a claim anyway. Other than that great job with repair very satisfied with the work.
