I was pleased with the outcome!! The communication was what I was disappointed with. My car was in the shop a lot longer than usual and was not advised in a timely manner. I didn't receive a business card when I was in dropping off my car to fix. My car from the rental company was not ready. (Maybe not in your control) Like I stated, I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you!!!
