The issues that I identified when I walked up to the truck should have been caught in a quality inspection before calling me to say my truck was ready and then me having to sit there and wait while those things were corrected.

Unsatisfied. Fingerprints in the paint, body lines aren’t lined up, headlight isn’t seated in the body lines to match the undamaged side, caulking was used to hold up the headlight housing, and the decorative piece (mountains, blue) I had on my grill was broken.

Manager spoke over me to excuse the shoddy work when I was trying to explain what and why I didn’t like the work. He did offer to fix it while I waited but why weren’t those things identified before the truck was presented to me?

After picking up my car today, the moment I was on the road outside of the gate, there was a warning signal indicating low tire pressure. I was informed someone had test driven my car to ensure everything is okay before I pick it up. I am speechless how can this happened? I have to hurry back to your shop and leave my car for you to fix the issue tomorrow. Also, there was a stain on top of front passenger seat that appears someone put a dirty sneaker and did not bother to clean the stain afterwards. Very disappointing!
