I was happy with the service and repair of my vehicle. The staff was always friendly and responsive to my calls. However my only suggestion would be to improve customer follow-up. All the updates I received were because I had to call in to get them. No one called me about the status of my vehicle (which was in the shop over a month) I just would've liked to hear something now and then. And again when it was time to pick up my vehicle- I had to call to find out that it was complete and ready to go. I was not called upon completion. I do understand it is a very busy working environment and I'm sure customer calls get overlooked. Other than that everything was top notch. Thank you for fixing up my wheels. :)

They were very professional and kept me up to date on progress of my truck repair. They even drove from Terre Haute to Indianapolis airport to bring me to my truck, saving me rental car expense.
