Poor communication. After initial contact to report the deer collision, claim was transferred to an adjuster who I received very little information from. Disappointed that they did not work with me on extending the rental car when the body shop took so long to get parts to complete the repairs.

I had a very good experience with this shop before. This time the communication was lacking until the last week after I expressed my frustration. The truck was returned with the antenna missing and the air conditioning and thermostat not functioning.

Repairs to a quite a bit longer than what the estimate stated, but other than that the work they did to my car was excellent so I did not mind waiting a little extra. There whole team is very professional and keeps you informed on were they are with repairs.
