As far as I know you have done a great job. Since I am color blind I had Sam come with me he said it was very close the same. When I drove it back home it steered straight not pulling to either side.

Wrong color of rear decal’s on bed of truck and they were suppose to be angled they angled toward the rear of truck and they were suppose to be gray instead of black because they the other decals on the hood are gray

Worst experience of my life! I took my car in for a simple cracked grill. Never did I imagine they would total my car! My insurance had to take care of it because it was caused by an uninsured driver. My $1,963.85 estimate quickly rose to $10,000 when I called to see if it was done. I called my insurance who in turn told them it was repairable. They then raised it to $11,000. Saying it was a bent frame. I was simply tagged by the 2nd driver. I had to call my insurance again because Blackburns had not got back to me. Told me it was repairable again and told Blackburns that also. Blackburns called to say parts would be ordered and I could have it in a week. Come Mon morning they called my insurance and raised it to $13,800! My insurance said no to that. I am sorry I took it there. I should have just left the cracked grill alone and I would still have my car! When I went to get my things out if it the hood was bent up. My hood was not bent when I took it there. A cracked grill was all that was wrong. Nothing else was broke. Headlights were not danaged or anything else just the grill! I would like to have known how that hood got bent. That car was in perfect shape with low mileage and just a cracked grill. I am 70 years old and the last thing I want to be doing is looking for another vehicle that nice! It is nearly impossible at this point. I am very dissatisfied and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

The woman had no personality at all. Just matter of fact. She kept dodging my questions about my car as to why it was taken so long. I took it there Oct 3 and had to get my stuff out in Oct 27.
