Was completed earlier than stated which was good but they forgot to buff right side. They were able to complete job the next day. Only thing that could have been done better is cleaning up after their work. Had trash/ compound dust/ debris left over on outside and inside of suv. Other than that shop was very nice and professional. Did notice a new scratch on back bumper that was not there when brought in but now is when returned. Hoping they can touch up?

Great Job , area that was fixed on my 2008 Grand Marquis looks fantastic like a brand new car. Also our driver’s side window wouldn’t go up the evening before we took our car to Blackburn and of course we forgot to put plastic over window until that Monday Morning we had a complete downpour all day long . Not to worry Blackburn so nicely took care of application of Plastic to window that wouldn’t work So much appreciated . Great Job . Everyone works very hard there Keep up The Great Work Love Getting What You Pay For hopefully we won’t meet by accident a third time ( we had previously used Blackburn to repair our 2012 Ford Edge a few years prior ) but if we need to we know who to take our vehicle to . Thank You Timothy and Brenda Sherman

All the repairs on the truck looked really nice. We did have to go back to have them order the windshield washer Reservoir but they did that promptly and we are to get it replaced this week.

We were contacted every Wednesday to update us on the repairs of our truck. One of the parts was on back order but they kept us updated on that also. We were very pleased with the overall service

Couldnt have ask for a better outcome from an accident. Got the truck back sooner than expected and the repair is better than new. It’s the last place I wanna go but the first place I’ll visit in that kind of situation 😁 good communication and very friendly also.
