First & foremost, the body work that was completed looks amazing. The downside is, I made an extra trip before actuallydroppingmy car off & I showed the office manager the extra things I found later. She assured me my car would look exactly as it did before it was hit, unfortunately it did not. This caused me to have to take time out of my work day to go back up there to see what would be done. The owner made sure one of the issues got fixed & again that part looks great. This should've been completed while my car was there & not caused me to have to go back. The last thing is, the office manager wasn't the friendliest person to deal with, either time I was there or while speaking to her on the phone. I hope others have had better experiences than myself & I understand I am only 1 person, but I personally will not be a return customer.
