It took way too long to fix. Was happy to finally have my car back. Casey deserves a 5 star rating for calming me down and calling 30 shops to see if you could get in the last part in quicker.

The quality of the work performed meets my standards. The reason for the lower rating is the amount of time it took to repair. I was originally estimated 8 business days. You had my car for 17 business days and 22 days overall. While I do realize this was due to the wrong parts being delivered and other parts having to be reordered. 17 days to fix primarily cosmetic issues just seemed a little lengthy. I did highly appreciate the communication I received while trying to get updates. I was always greeted very politely and promptly received information as it became available.
