The fit and finish of the new bumper cover almost looks like factory specs. I think I can see a few minor imperfections, but I am generally pleased with the finished product.

I had a great experience with Blackburn Collision. The team was incredibly professional and got the work done quicker than I expected. They kept me updated throughout the process and made everything super easy. On top of the quality repair work, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had vacuumed the inside of my car too—it looked and felt so clean when I picked it up. Really appreciated the extra care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Customer service was just ok. The lady wasn't rude, but also wasn't very welcoming or forthcoming with information. I would have appreciated her walking me through the process and explaining the steps, since it has been a while since my last insurance claim.
