Body lines don’t line up. Plastic piece is not installed properly. Had to have my vehicle jumped off by the Collision Center. Then had to replace my battery the following day. I have used Blackburn in the past but will be going elsewhere in the future.

I’m a lot older and having gotten estimates years past, I was expecting a lot more inspection and detail at time of estimate. Was not expecting for most of inspection to be done on scheduled day of repair, resulting in car being kept for an additional 4 days.
