Good communications thru the process. Results of repair was excellent. Only negative was radio was not operating due to battery disconnect. I would have appreciated some discussions to assist me in getting radio to work. Overall experience was very good

I was under the impression from my insurance company that even the front passenger side window would be replaced. I know it was not because the same scratches on the inside on the tint is still there and the statement indicated it was reused.
