From the Ist visit for an estimate through the repair of my vehicle, Heritage Collision was excellent to work with. They explained the process of repair, time needed for repair and continued with calls to update me with the progress several times within the designated repair to completion time. They were all friendly, helpful, professional and very pleasant to work with.
