This was my first time ever having my car repaired since I got it new in 2014. Caliber Collision absolutely has my recommendation referrals to anyone I know. I love how they keep me updated so often with how the repairs are going. Even with the mishap with the shipping of the doors, Dayle kept me informed and confident that my car will still receive top quality. She is very professional, kind and respectful with my worries on how this new process will go for me. The repair was quick and professional. I appreciated the constant updates from the team. Kept me at ease throughout the process. When I get my car back it was beautiful as the day I got it. Well the doors anyway lol. They even cleaned my car inside and washed her down on pick up day! I was not expecting that. A very nice above and beyond gesture. If I have any repairs needed in the future or friends needing somewhere to go Caliber Collision is where I’ll be recommending every time!
