I would not recommend using this location, it look 3 months before my car was returned to me. And not only did it take forever to get my vehicle back to me. My car now makes noise when I drive. Do not use this location very disappointing.

So far the repairs looks great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The process was almost stress free. The updates were very helpful and I used them to plan to pick up my vehicle. Rannae was a big help in the whole process. I would definitely come back if needed. I have recommended Caliber to other people already.

There was excellent communication on the repair. They kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on from day-to-day and there was also good coordination with the rental vehicle so I didn’t have anything else to worry about. I only have one issue. The seams where the front and front-sides meet have a gap that wasn’t there prior. It’s minor but noticeable to me. If it doesn’t allow for rust I won’t complain but that’s my concern.
