There was excellent communication on the repair. They kept me up-to-date with everything that was going on from day-to-day and there was also good coordination with the rental vehicle so I didn’t have anything else to worry about. It is much appreciated and I’ll be back if I need the service in the future.

I only have one issue. The seams where the front and front-sides meet have a gap that wasn’t there prior. It’s minor but noticeable to me. If it doesn’t allow for rust I won’t complain but that’s my concern.

My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision and I’m glad I took their advice. On initial drop off I could have gotten transportation to rental car but declined then but took advantage of dropping the rental car with them saving probably 45 minutes. All staff I was in contact with were excellent and gave me almost daily updates on progress. It took a little longer than estimated but since a 2007 model parts can be hard to get. Once done the car looked new with proper paint color matching as if never damaged.
