Very please with the seamless ease of dropping my car off to have the inspection and repair start in a timely manner. I also appreciated the daily status updates via text of the repair progress as well as coordination of shuttle service to the car rental facility. Customer service was great and everyone was friendly and greeted me in a timely manner. This is my second time using this location for car repairs and will definitely refer friends and family for services.

We used you for the repair of our front bumper and had a great experience. This was not quite as good. The rear bumper was repaired instead of being replaced and it does not align correctly. They tried to fix it when we were there but it went right back to being out of alignment. Communication was a 0/10.

Communication was non-existent despite multiple attempts . Multiple messages were sent and I called twice to see what work was being completed prior to any work being done. This was communicated to our repair guy. The first call we received was telling us our car was done and asking us if we could pick it up 1 hour before close. I was not happy. We had other work we wanted to be completed and I wanted to know what work was going to be done before any worn was done.
