They did a great job on the time it took to get my car done and how it looks but when we first arrived at the desk nobody helped us and people were in the room near the office talking and not caring that doesn’t show good customer service

My Experience

Very happy with the service we received at this Caliber. We drive by several other Caliber locations that are closer to our house just to get our car taken care of at this one. We have had other cars here previously which is why we keep coming back. The customer service, the friendliness, the professionalism are second to none. Hilda was a phenomenal service rep and always kept us up to date with the status of the repair. I never hope to experience damage to a vehicle, but if I do in the future we will definitely be back here.
