While we were sad parting ways with our beautiful rental car, a 2024 all black 4WD jeep grand Cherokee fully loaded, we were pleasantly surprised with how clean the car was on the inside and out. Now this was before the inspection of the repair. I was so taken aback I forgot I needed to look at the repair. That’s when Grace and Paul brought me back to Earth. We all got a good chuckle out of that. The repair was also fantastic. It looked brand new. Now to driving away, I can’t remember the last time the Honda CR-V rode so smooth. Turns were easier and quieter than I remember, even the inside of the cabin felt quieter. Everything was absolutely perfect. Not sure who worked on the vehicle but they also deserve some praise because they did a fantastic job. Paul was super professional and helpful. So was Grace and Natalie. I also love the touch of candy in the lobby. My kids and niece looked forward to it during pick up as they remembered it when we dropped off the vehicle for the repair. Thanks Caliber collision for taking care of our needs and having such an awesome team. Kudos to whoever hired these folks! They did a good job vetting professional and kind folks. That’s very rare these days!

Most of this was due to the EXCELLENT customer service I received from your guy, Josh at the Plano TX location He may be young but he is on the ball. Professional, personable and extremely efficient at keeping me informed at every step of the repair process - he's an asset to your staffing. I am overjoyed at how painless the process was. Gracie (Grace) was amazing to work with! She was so professional, knowledgeable, responsible and friendly! She called me at night for updates and seems to be such a hard working, positive employee. Excellent communication, smooth drop off and pick up. Quality repair, looks great. Price charged to insurance was insane. No one would ever pay this $ out of pocket. Damage was very minor cosmetic, and the claim was almost charged as a total loss. But hey it wasn’t my money.

My interaction with caliber collision was with two young women was outstanding.. my first encounter was with the receptionist .. she was always polite and friendly simply a 10.. the receptionist introduced me to the second young lady .. she was the overseer between my car and its final repair .. she truly showed interest in my car and myself.. the car looks perfect .. thank them both for me .. jobs well done ,,
