They kept us informed on the progress and actually delivered about 1 week earlier than projected. The repair looks very good and the car drives well. They did say the repair had a lifetime warranty so I think we are prepared if anything goes wrong.

I am so thankful for the help of the Caliber team in west Plano. My daughter’s car had some “issues” from a previous repair and Paul and his team totally took care of us. The job was complicated and took the experience of the Caliber Tech and Paint teams to restore the car to like-new. In addition to the amazing repair, I was very impressed with the manager Paul Copley. Paul did an amazing job ensuring we were completely satisfied and really went beyond any of our expectations. Thank you to the entire Caliber team for their attention to detail! K.
