Brought my car in reference a minor Car accident. Doug was my contact person and was super helpful and efficient in getting my vehicle repaired in under a week when other places were quoting me a time period of at least 3 weeks. This is the third car we have brought to your specific location which is 30 minutes from our home in Dallas. The experience we had on the first two cars was excellent. They both came back perfect. We picked up our truck yesterday and yet again had another perfect experience. Doug was amazing to communicate with throughout the entire process. Fingers crossed that people stop hitting our cars, but if not you will be our first call!

The person that was in charge of my whole repair had had a lot of moments where she had a lot of attitude with me for just asking questions about what’s going on with my repair
