The quote for my work has a 1 penny placeholder for calibration. When I picked up the car there was an additional $300 for calibration. I was told by Hayden that was "required" by Mazda. I said if it is required then it should have been on the original quote. He couldn't tell me whether the sensor was found to be out of calibration or present any documentation that it had been out of cal. At that point I had no choice but to pay if I wanted my car back.
