Usually you guys do an excellent job. But this time you did not do the paint autobody repair correctly, I can see an area that is raised up weird bc the job was not done correctly. Now it does not bother me. But I think you all should be accountable to fix it

HollyAnn my adjuster was amazing to work with. She kept constant communication through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She made sure that my truck was repaired to the standard it should be. She worked with my insurance company to get all repairs approved so I didn’t have to worry about it. Alex at the front desk was also incredible. She was very informative up front and gave me the full scope of the process before I even booked the appointment. She made me feel at ease immediately about booking my appointment. She was also very helpful with coordinating my rental car as there were some issues with the rental car establishment. They both did such an awesome job that I am bringing my wife’s car back in the next couple weeks to have HollyAnn look at a large scratch on the side to have it repaired as well. You rarely see customer service like this anymore!

The team at caliber is awesome! Everything from setting up the appointment to picking up my vehicle was flawless! Ms Holly is a super star! She is always happy and energetic. She is great with communication. I was updated throughout every step of the process in clear detail. Pick up was nothing short of flawless! All paperwork was read and in order. The work on the car was better than OEM. It looked better than the first time I picked it up from the dealership! I’ll always come back if I ever need body work!
