They had my car for 3 months due to parts being on back order. Which was understandable however there was no quality control done on my car. The pair had streaks and drips in it. They didn’t smooth out the bondo, there was some kind of stuff in the paint. The lines were not defined were they reshaped areas, the fender wasn’t lined up and the gas tank door wasn’t seated correctly. They took it back for another month to repair these issues and though it is better it is not correct and they went 6000 over the estimated cost for the repairs. The only redeeming factor is that the two guys I spoke with were very polite

Would have been a 10 but I had to bring the car back for mechanical issues that would have be prevented from using a basic checklist. Waiting 4 hours for basic services is also terrible and one of the slowest/worst dealership service times I've ever experienced for what takes a regular shop less than an hour to sort out, even with heavier traffic flow. The service area could not have held this experience back any more. Body shop amazing, service team is severely lacking. Rude at first talk, no updates, hours of wait with nothing but toxic garage in the lobby.
