I am not totally satisfied! I realize that my car is a 2015 and isn’t new. I am a 76 year old man on social security. I like my little car and I am glad I have it. It only has 84k miles on it! When I was called to come pick it up I was expecting the damage to be repaired! And it mostly was! But there was a white dotted line from front to rear on the roof. A crumpled post on the right side of the windshield. A scratch on the passenger rear door. All things considered I was told GEICO denied the post and door, I was also told that it was explained to me when the GEICO estimate representative contacted me. I was never contacted by anyone! Seth took the car to the body shop and had them paint the dots in the dotted line black, I told him I could still see the dots and his response was they will fade out like the rest of the car did overtime. I don’t think that was a good reply! I want you to know I did not raise my voice, I didn’t scream or yell. I basically felt that I had no choice but to take my car as was! I would really like my car to be what I expected.
