I was texted when things and times had to change due to wrong parts received along with a text informing me that my car had to go to the dealership. Due to me using my car strictly for work. Plus I work with kidney failure patients that depend on their treatments to live., It was important that I had transportation. My insurance extended my rental until 9/ 9/ 26, and Greg informed me that Caliber would take care of rental arrangements from the 9/9/26 - 9/14/26 due to the car repairs being delayed. I thank everyone that was part of providing such care and compassion when it came to me personally by answering all questions. God Bless❣️"
