I recently brought my 2011 Infiniti QX56 into Caliber Collision for repairs, and I could not be happier with the results. From the moment I dropped it off, the team was incredibly professional, communicative, and transparent about the entire process and timeline. ​They did an absolutely phenomenal job on the repairs. My QX56 looks as good as new—you would never even know it needed fixing in the first place. The paint matching and bodywork are flawless, and they had the vehicle ready exactly when they promised. ​It is hard to find an auto body shop that combines top-notch craftsmanship with reliable customer service, but Caliber Collision completely nailed it. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality collision repair!

My Experience

Dropped car off for repairs from getting rear ended. Two weeks later, after accident repairs were done Ron called to tell me my gear shift was broken. It was not broken when I dropped it off. State Farm won’t cover it because it was not reported in the initial claim and they don’t see how it is a result of the accident. Ron told me I should take it to Nissan because he “hasn’t seen this before” and “doesn’t know how to write up the estimate”. Now I have to figure out how to fix something your mechanics broke on my own dime because he swears they didn’t break it.
