I was told my truck would be completed on Sept 11th. On Sept 7 they sent me a message they were near completion on the repairs. On Sept 10th, I received a message my truck wouldn't be completed until Sept 16th. That changed to Sept 17th. Then that changed until Sept 18th. I finally got my truck on the evening of Sept 18th.

The communication to customers about what is going on are terrible. Also you should write down what lies you are telling people so when they call back two days later you know what was said the last time.
