I received excellent service from Blue, especially from Mike Clyde. He suspected my problem was due to poor workmanship from a previous repair over a year ago. After some investigation, his analysis was correct. He encouraged me to call my insurance company, that might be able to re-open my claim. He was correct! Although I ended up having to deal with the other repair shop, I ended up not having to pay anything out of pocket to get my problem resolved. I really appreciate the thoroughness and patience of Mike and the others at Blue. I don’t hope to get into another accident; however, if I do I’ll be sure to head over to Blue Collision!

My only complaint is how long the whole process was. This went from being 3-4 days to being a week long.

They did a great job on the car and washed and cleaned it after it was fixed. I really appreciated that. The staff were very friendly. My only complaint is that the car was not ready when they said it would be. The delay was an inconvenience for me and that could have been avoided, had they ordered the correct part for my car.

The workmanship is outstanding. If insurance covers the work, then always recommend. If self pay, then caution to keep track of invoice prices.

It was confusing, when there was an offer to just pop out the door dent, the savings quoted didn’t reflect the $600 door cost. It was resolved but it didn’t make sense.
