Jeremy was great to work with. We were kept informed as to the status of our job and he apologized when the job took longer than expected. However, the delay was appreciated because Jeremy was not happy with one aspect of the job and had it redone for us. Great customer service! I would recommend them. Love the lifetime guaranty!

We are very satisfied with our service with Blue Collision! We got in an accident and they fixed our Tahoe quickly and were very kind and helpful with the entire process. Then a month later our Tahoe was broken into to be stolen. The door lock and steering column were repaired quickly! We have been very happy with the excellent quality and service Jeremy and Blue Collision has provided!

I came in yesterday planning to see Randy, or Jeremy if Randy wasn't in, but when I arrived neither of them were in. Terry was by himself and it was very busy the whole time I was there, but he was calm, friendly, and professional the whole morning. The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent!
