We needed the car on Tuesday. This did not happen. I would have liked to know how long the total repair process would last. The insurance company said it would be 3 days. I thought that if I brought it in on Monday 5/11, it would be done on Tuesday 5/19. The insurance company told me that it would be a waste of time if I brought it in on Thursday 5/7. Was this wrong?

Service took a lot longer than I expected, but it wasn’t anyone’s fault at Blue Collison. The damage just was more extensive than anyone knew. Michael was very helpful and very patient when I got impatient! Couldn’t be happier with the service and the car looks great. Thank you.
