Did the bare minimal on my son’s truck. Tailgate is off. Doesn’t line up well on drivers side. Progressive also does bare minimum too. Hope the next wreck I could have more control

I was not reimbursed $120.00 from the insurance company because they blamed you for not submitting a supplement of some kind. Other than that, you guys did a wonderful job and customer service was outstanding. I thank you for service and I will continue to keep bringing my vehicle to you in the future.

I waited almost 4 months for my car to be fixed. Each month they tried to give me my car back and there was a part visibly broken that they didn’t care to check or fix beforehand. Very disappointing communication as I had to call them every week just for an update. I had to find the parts for the car. I had to do everything and insurance did nothing. Blue ribbon did nothing but tell me they were gonna do something but never did it. Just terrible all together.
