You had my vehicle for 5 months. I understand that there was a third party involved, however; nothing was done to accommodate. No offer of a loaner, bi-weekly updates to just tell me two more weeks for six weeks. I don't any pressure was put on the third party. I tried your shop because that is where I bought that car. But I guess getting my money or the insurance money for the repairs is all that matters to Blue Springs Ford. I wasn't going to google or yelp review, but since you didn't check with your department about weather a clint would be disgruntled and you have sent me so many emails wanting to know how my service was, I will not be sending out reviews.
