Since 1997, we have specialized in post collision body and structural auto repair, auto body paint, and writing insurance estimates. Extremely satisfied. There was a problem with the right passenger door after I’ve gotten the car home the first time from BM. There were no problems in scheduling the installation in a week after the part was ordered. Great mechanics great shop.

Very disappointing experience. Everything seemed to be fine from the beginning, up until the day I picked up my truck. The mechanic had called me earlier asking where the wheel lock key was. I told him it was in the middle console. He said he would check again and, if he couldn’t find it, he would keep in touch. I never received another call, so I assumed he had found it. When I arrived to pick up my truck, the mechanic handed me the wheel lock bolt. I asked him if the truck was safe to drive, and he told me, “No, not really.” I was extremely upset and confused. How can a vehicle be considered ready for pickup if it is not safe to drive? He then told me to bring the wheel lock key back and he would put it on. At that point, I had no choice but to take the truck because I needed to get home, and I decided to risk driving it. Thankfully, I made it home safely, but I was very uncomfortable knowing that I was driving a vehicle that the mechanic himself said was not really safe. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and the fact that I was told the truck was ready when it was not actually ready or safe to drive. This could have been handled very differently with better communication and, most importantly, by making sure the vehicle was safe before releasing it to me. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed and concerned about the level of care and communication at this shop.

Very professional. Great customer service since the moment I spoke with the receptionist. My adjuster was great as well. I loved that I was kept up to date at all times. Made my life a lot easier considering the circumstances. Fantastic job to the entire team.

Outstanding job by the staff at B&M Auto Collision Center. I have a 2026 one-month-old Honda CRV that got a dent in the back fender when someone hit it while I was parked in the hospital lot. I was really upset and worried that the car would not look the same looked as when I first bought it, especially regarding the color matching. I didn't think they could match it, but I was wrong—my car looks like it never had a hit-and-run incident. I'm extremely grateful to the B&M team for making that happen. It's amazing, thank you all. I truly appreciate the work you do at your shop.
