At the beginning of the repair I did not the right number to call and when I called with the right one my questions were not answered, I had to go in person almost every day to the shop to check on the status of the repair, then I had to drive in to get my car back.Jaan and Geo were nice to me at the end.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to avail myself of your services twice within the last year; that being said, in each case my car was returned looking and driving like it had just rolled off the assembly line. The drop off was good. But the communication after was sporadic. Not consistent and I believe they had my vehicle far too long. This includes if they were fighting for me, with my insurance company, that too should have been told to me immediately. I could have assisted. So i appreciate that bit i didnt finf out until adter i called bevause the car wasn't ready when promised. For all updates I had to call you. Once I connected conversations was Business and good, but not consistent or follow up

I am Canadian, my last day in the USA was May 7 and I got the car on May 6 at 11am....It's a 25hrs drive to the border so I was very stressed. I should have wait for the repairs to be done home.
