I was told it would only take 4 to 5 days and it would be ready by Friday without a problem if I left it on Monday. No update was provided as to progress and when I called Thursday night to schedule the pick up on Friday, I was told that they were just getting to it. I blew my stack. It's only because I got very upset that it was done by Saturday afternoon. When you're spending almost $3000 on bodywork there needs to be a better communication. There also has to be better expectation set. I thought it would take seven business days and I was told by the staff at A1 that it would only take 4 to 5 days. So obviously this needs fixed.
