Excellent excellent excellent customer service. Staff was very clear and communicative. I had a vehicle serviced previously and wouldn't trust anywhere else. I am very particular and nitpicky about my cars, couldn't have asked for better results. Price was more you by yourself then fair and actually ended up being less than the original estimate. Extremely honest.

I had a crash years ago and was happy with A1 quality of service and warranty. Which is why after my recent body damage I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I'm extremely particular with my cars and cringe at the thought of any body work. No overspray, no orange peel, color was a perfect match Everyone had a one was very communicative and responsive. As a matter of fact A1 went as far as charging me less than the original quote. I was very impressed start to finish. Quality work performed quickly and excellent customer service throughout the entire process. No one wants to go through the process of getting their car fixed, but A1 made it a non-factor. I have already and will continue to recommend A1 to family & friends.

Very dissatisfied, over a month to receive my vehicle, many delays with incorrect parts ordered, slow communications, and at the end received a dirty vehicle with compound on the interior driver door and on my steering wheel, leaving the steering wheel stained and trash (old vehicle parts) thrown on my passenger side floor. Will not go back to A1 for repairs in the future. Kathryn was amazing and extremely helpful, which is the only reason I gave a 4 and not a 0.
