The manager Mike was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that would happen: what they would do (which they did perfectly), how they would keep in touch with the progress of the repair (I heard from them at least once), and the date when the car would be ready (right on the nose). I wish every business I dealt with was as transparent, efficient, and pleasant to work with. [this review WAS NOT written with the assistance of an AI].
