Paint was not smooth. I can see mistakes. Did not use tape to get onto other parts of the car. Cheap job. Advisor will not answer the phone or return voicemails.

It took 32 days to repair a fender bender. The insurance company placed the damage in $2000. Coconut Creek charge my insurance $12,000. I asked for an oil change. I called service desk. I talked to Richard at collision. They refused to change my oil with 6000 miles on the new engine. I asked that we make an appointment and Richard agreed to check the settings on the car. That never happened. I don’t have cruise control. I don’t have 75% of the settings. They wrong or not engaging. very disappointed.

I would highly recommend them . Very professional. The repairs were top notch. You couldn’t ever guess that there was damage to the car.

The service area was very professional and friendly. I dealt with Geo . When I met with him to to get an estimate on the repairs he explained everything and that it was a simple repair. He set up an appointment for me to drop off the car. He also gave me an approximate time it would take. Once I dropped off the car he contacted Enterprise for them to pick me up and get my rental car.
