My last car was a BMW, however, the car prior to that was an AUDI. I love my 2025 Audi, but the Audi dealership in Mobile is a disappointment. Since they changed ownership, they have not followed through on anything they have promised me. Because of your service and excellent communication, I will consider a BMW for my next purchase.

The detail job on the entire vehicle looked better than when the vehicle was picked up new.

The repair was very quick to complete, but my vehicle sat a few days before the repair was started after the repair estimate was done. My suggestion is to just communicate with the customer up front that the vehicle may sit for a few days before the repair will start.
