Jeremy was very professional and careing. He kept me up to date with my car through out the entire process therefore I was never left out in the dark about anything or felt as if they was just going to do a quick fix/ repair just to receive a check. I have heard a lot of horror stories about people being in my situation, so because of my professional experience with Jeremy and the BMW company I will be recommending you guys to my family and friends. ⺠Again Thanks Jeremy and the jolly young lady ,I can't recall her name, who answered the phone and took my massage that I left for jeremy for him to get started on my car. I was really having had bad day until she put a smile on my face. ⺠It's amazing how just by someone being very caring, professional and HAPPY can have its affect on others.
