Jeremy is a real ace. He tolerated my over-concern about this minor fix & provided accurate & timely updates. If I were in his shoes I don't know if I would have been so patient with this rabid Bimmerfile. It's strange I know, but having been treated so well and seeing the expert repair, with a detail wash to boot, reestablished my pride in my ride & good feelings about BMW of Mobile.

Without going into my entire story, I will just address the most important part. The words I am able to string together to describe how I feel about the level of service I received from Mr Danny Lee are most certainly inadequate. So, in one word - Exemplary. BMW should be proud and honored to have such a gracious, compassionate, caring person working with them and representing them. Danny wears that BMW Roundel well! As I was just emerging from a very dark, difficult time in my life, Danny was a great, bold, ray of light. He went above and beyond for me, to help me, and I will keep that with me, always. I have never received such customer-focused service before. The wheels could fall off my BMW right now and I woukdn't lose it because I know Danny will do whatever he can to help. I just love Danny, he's a special person. Besides the obvious, he is another reason why I am happy I own a BMW.
