My vehicle went into a ditch... I was rear ended butno one even bothered to pay attention that the front was also damaged.. Also.. when i picked up my vehicle.. i informed Craig that Liberty Mutual was sending him the full payment because the lady insurance sent them a full payment... He insist that i still write him a check for the 500.00 deductible.. I asked him not to deposit the check until he spoke to Nick at Liberty mutual.. because he informed me that BMW knew already... Well Craig said he would not deposit the check until he spoke to Nick... But he deposited it anyway.. As a result...my small bills that i paid did not clear my account and i accumulated nsf fees because of this and my account is in the negative... I feel like i should ne reimbursed because the check should have never been deposited.. I am very unhappy right now..

Jimmy offered excellent customer service. He was always on top of all of his follow-up calls kept me well informed of the process and was very thorough and complete with repairs. I would come back to BMW solely for working with this employee. Someone give this gentleman a pat on the back or more.
