It seemed unethical that they would expect full payment for a job that was not entirely completed at the time I picked the vehicle up for the first set of repairs. They insisted that I pay the deductable and sign a release that I was satisfied with repairs and they were complete so my insurance company pay for the repairs, however the repairs were not complete and I did not feel comfortable signing that document. One of the male employees who was not involved in my transaction made a smart comment while I was questioning this saying "well then I guess the car stays here then" as if they were holding it hostage or I was going to skip town on the balance of my repair as if to disregard my concern that I would be signing off that work was completed in full and payment made in full which was not the case. If they don't trust the customer how do they expect the customer to trust them? I have been bringing my vehicle here for service since I bought it nearly 4 years ago so I found this concerning. The girls behind the counter had handled the situation much better as I was contacting my insurance company for direction on how to handle the situation. We ended up writing a note on the disclaimer that the additional repairs needed to be completed and the insurance company made them adjust the total bill for only portions that were completed at that time which I believe should have been the case from the beginning.

Repair not completed in entirety at time of survey

Customer Service

Mark and the girls at the cashiers desk were nice to work with, they should alter their process however when a vehicle is only partially fixed with regards to signing off on the repairs and payment.
